Privacy Policy
Colorapage collects as little as possible. This page explains exactly what is stored and where.
What we don't collect
- No accounts, names, email addresses, or passwords.
- No advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
What stays on your device
- Coloring progress is saved in your browser's localStorage so you can finish a picture later. It never leaves your device.
- An anonymous browser ID is stored in localStorage so your own uploads can be listed for you. It contains no personal information.
What is stored on our servers
- Uploaded images — stored under a private, unguessable link. Never listed publicly. Deleted automatically after 12 months of inactivity. You can stop sharing an upload at any time by not sharing its link.
- Shared pictures — when you use the Share button, the finished image is stored so your link works. Shared images are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Color-together rooms — room codes, nicknames chosen in the room, and coloring actions are kept while the room is active and removed when the room expires (about 48 hours after the last activity).
- Standard server logs — like nearly every website, our web server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Fonts
Pages load the Fredoka and Nunito fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers.
Children's privacy
The site is designed for children and deliberately collects no personal information from anyone. There is nothing to sign up for, and uploads and rooms work without providing any identifying details.
